Any system of rewards that often allows many good or great posts to be relatively unrewarded while other posts get relatively huge rewards for not being that much better or not better is deeply flawed and needs to be changed. What systems am I talking about? Work hard, suffer many defeats and sooner or later mysterious gods will reward you or your reward will be found in heaven. What is the ultimate centralization?
