IN YOU, O Lord, do I put my trust and confidently take refuge; let me never be put to shame or confusion
Psalm 71:1
Do we really put our trust in the Lord wholly or partially?
Do you know we are living in a confused world?
Now ,if you don't put your trust in God and put it on a confused man you will surely get heartbreak and a confused result and death if care is not taken.
There's this confidence we have anytime we put our trust on God and plan according to His plans for us in that even if the plans are not going well
You worry less because you know He's in control and will never put you to shame.
But when you don't involve God and trust wholly to man.. When you run into problem, you will be frustrated and most times you may not be alive to see the end of it.
As a small boy my mother made me to know the importance of trusting God and seeing Him as my father and relate with him the way i relate with my father.. You know that confidence you have walking down the street with your father.
So, one day i went to school and cant really remember what happened but i found myself in the most dreaded staff room (if you enter that staff room as a sinner they will transform you to a new creature with canes) serving punishment of which i didn't commit. Immediately, mind flash back to the prayer during my quite time
I prayed and told God not to allow me enter into any problem.. As soon as remembered prayer my fears disappeared, i just whispered "Lord come and honour your word,you said anything that is committed to You,You will take care of it, so come and deliver me" Not quit lone one of the teachers asked why i'm serving a punishment before i could answer he asked me to go back to my class.
Whattt!!!! For real....Just like that?!!
That day i respected God the more and never joke with my morning prayer because that's the time i do hand over my daily activities to him to take over.
Trusting in God is like having a savings in bank which you consult to offset any need but when you don't trust God is like a man that doesn't have savings in the bank when problem arises you will be frustrated out because you don't have anything to fall back to.
Join me and say;
I Praise You,father that my trust is in You; thank you that i don't ever have to put my trust in confusion,because there is too much confusion in the world already.
I praise You when problems arise and pressure come,I can stop being perplexed and confounded and know that my trust is in You,in whom there is all wisdom and truth. I thank,Father,that i don't have to search around and try to find someone whom i can trust,but i am secure in the knowledge that i can confidently take refuge in You at all times!.
