“A NIGERIAN CITIZEN OTHER THAN BY BIRTH CANNOT HAVE MORE THAN A DUAL CITIZENSHIP”.
Nigerian citizen other than by birth cannot become a citizen of another country other than by birth. Such Nigerian citizen forfeits his citizenship if he attempts or obtains citizenship not by birth from another country.
