“Maintenance of Stickers, Logos and Adverts on a Vehicle without a Permit is an Offence in Nigeria”.
To place stickers, logos, paintings and Adverts on vehicles, one needs a Permit from the Local Government Authority in his area. Such permit is valid for a year. Failure to obtain a permit is an offence punishable with not more than 6 months imprisonment.
