One of the key lessons you learn on your way up, is to stay humble at all times - no matter what. The higher you go, the better you become, hence developing the sense of empathy and curiosity.
By curiosity I mean, is the urge to learn more, know more, do more, and achieve more. You tend to realize that the point where you are, it's not the final destination - there are a number of paths that need to be unfolded and there are a number of heights that need to be achieved.
