The most important ingredient for self-satisfaction is to focus on who you are and what you want to be, rather than working to impress others. You can never score 100% in impression management. There are people who have different nature, vision, beliefs, and norms. Chances are they may mock you.
Be rational. Be just. Be the man to work hard and smart to achieve YOUR own goals - not others'.
