The smell of earth, golden memories
The chill of the wind heralds the cold
Raindrops knocking on the window
Unfinished poetry scattered in my room
And a steaming cup of tea
دسمبر کی پہلی بارش
مٹی کی خوشبو سنہری یادیں
سردی کی خبر دیتی ہواؤں کی سنسناہٹ
کھڑکی پر دستک دیتی بارش کی بوندیں
میرے کمرے میں بکھری ادھوری شاعری
اور چائے کا ایک بھاپ اڑاتا کپ
