Yeah I mean I knew at the time I was just so tired and hungry from 11 hour flight, had gotten up at 5 am and was probably the equivalent of midnight when I got to the airport and I had no phone signal either. They obviously know everyone arrives like that and abuses it. I know someone here and shes going to take me to tulum thankfully ! I saw someoen trying to sell a taxi there for 1,500!!!
