I think there is another timeline though where the evolved communities get bigger and we end up with them in the team, some of the spiritual guys /girls and they will bring in new ethos at least as a balance. They rly need to get someone involved who understands creatives and bloggers notjust tech ppl to do well. They also need to allow critcism.
