A work in progress. Put the first layer down on this one based on a vision I had in a shamanic soundbath. I’ve been wanting to use oils again for ages. I often just use acrylics for ease as they dry so quickly and you can work fast but my first love is oils just because of how they blend and the vibrancy of colours. With oils each layer takes a few days to dry so it can take a while to finish a painting. This is a first layer I havnt even attempted the hands yet. I also started a little mini piece too whilst I had the paints out.
