Yes that is the worry. Personally I would pay it and not worry as I know I'd be getting the strain I wanted, but a lot of folk may not be in the same position and will take the cheaper option.

I know what you mean, I love my pipe but when I'm on my own. This hemp leaf is dry and yes can be a nightmare, which is why I pre roll them at home and them take them in my joint tube if headed anywhere.
