How are you guys today, it's raining very hard here and all activities are hampered but even so I'm still trying to wait for the rain to stop because today I have to shop for household appliances to prepare for cooking free-range chicken.
Today's free-range chicken may have a slightly different taste because this chicken has been raised on its own since childhood.
At first I took the chicken coop in the morning by giving a little bait so that it was tame and easy to catch and not later I called my sister to help the slaughtering process so it was safe.
Then I went to the village of kambam, where it is special for chicken meat processing. It was raining on my way and was forced to stop for a moment and look for a safe place near someone's house.
About an hour or so the rain began to subside and there was no more then I had to leave quickly so that today's dish was on time.
At this place the process is very slow because you have to wait in long queues even though there are many workers but it is still slow so it takes more time to be patient.
