In the 1st screen shot below, you find 2 options. Buy and Sell.
Buy: When you want to place a buy order.
Sell: When you want to place a sell order.
In the 2nd screenshot, you find the unfilled order (this is the best way to buy or sell).
For example:
1-you could place a sell order between 0.022 to 0.031 and wait for someone to buy.
2-you could place a buy order at 0.021 and wait for someone to sell
