Not very frequent.

Honestly, i barely get response on the post. And no motivation to do it again.

I'd suggest having a team and moderators with good plans to make it alive. With games, challenges, competition, etc

Q5. If you were made a Leader, What Impact would you make?

I would create a routine competition(bi-weekly), challenges, games. Always making sure the group is alive.
