Hello and good day.Ever since I discovered the #monomad challenge, I've made a resolution to try to submit an entry every single day. Being a photographer,I know it's something that'll make me create content regularly in this lockdown period.
Today's entry will be a photograph I took in my estate. It's one of those images you've already captured in your mind's eye before you even take it with your camera.
It's a withered almond tree. It used to blossom with fruits and foliage but for some reasons i can't guess it just started withering. I had been passing it for a while and compositing it in various angles and perspectives every time. This made me get a really good composition in my head before taking the shot. When I finally shot it,I was impressed with the image. The whole upper part of the tree against a backdrop of clear sky. I was impressed with it.
This thought me a good lesson. Impressive images are not the ones rushed or taken hurriedly. They are the one visualized and composited in the mind's eye before they are taken and that is how timeless images are created.
