This is true. I've been in such situation were i'm left to choice an option and they don't favour me in anyways. I tried to cover it up, but it's find it way out like a smoke.

Well accepting and modifying the situation is what i did. I know your mind is filled with a lot of thoughts, you just have to make peace with them and look at the brighter side.
