Say it in the mirror. Say it on the train. "Blockchain. Blockchain. Blockchain."
Say, "D-Block," like your with it for life. "Just Keep Saying Blockchain."

That's where your faith should lie. Don't think about the crypto. You can't know how that's going to unfold. It's mostly BS when anyone says they do. We're all here for the tech, right?
We're all here for the tech, right? Cause we believe in this thing. Right?
I don't know. Some of you say HODL, but you panic. I can be cool, I guess. I don't have enough in the game to really worry. I only have hope. But if you're all in, you're probably in panic-mode right now. Worried about another flash crash, and taxes, and hackers, and FUD. I would totally be there with you if I had more in it. Have you ever have a bad run on a Blackjack table? That's the feeling, right? You try to get back in the game by putting it all on the table, and then you get 11. You inject more money so you can double down, and you lose, and you're feeling burnt. That's how a lot of folks are feeling right now. They bought in Dec. They saw a crash. They thought, "Opportunity!" They doubled down. They lowered their average cost basis. They're genius. It's still going down. "WTF!"

This isn't bothering me. It's an opportunity for me. I have all my money tied up in enterprise. I'm not liquid, and guess what: FOMO. I'm like a squirrel right now. That's just me. Getting whatever I can together, and putting it in. For better or worse.
True Story and Disclosure: I was a Financial Advisor until 2009 when I no longer wanted to participate in the stock market. I am no longer in the business of providing financial advice, and I don't offer it to anyone. This isn't financial advice. I don't care what you do with your $ (fiat or crypto). I'm just going to tell you to keep your emotions in check. I bring up being a financial advisor because I recall watching so many investors realize losses in 2008-2009. They were in panic-mode, and only looking at the short term. They refused to acknowledge that there was a long term. Other folks with that long term scope were buying up all the financials. That paid out for them. I recall one particularly confident investor going all in on BoA when it was down below $4 per share (and closer to $3). I'm not saying any crypto is BoA stock. It's not. Very different beasts.
But if you're heavily invested and your timing was unfortunate, you're not going to solve that problem by selling low. Unless you've lost all faith, and you expect everything is going bust. It could go that way. But believe in the tech.
My bet (and it's a gamble--call it what it is) is that we're going to push the edge of worthlessness on some of these alt-coins, which will demonstrate the value of others. I personally think the market is valuated below par for some coins, and way above it for others. Maybe the herd is thinning. I would see that as a good thing. I'm confident in the choices I've made. I'm going to be investing some disposable income while things are down. I think the 2-4 year forecast will be ridiculous for a handful of coins. No, I'm not sharing what I think those are. I think it's a gamble, and it's your gamble to make. Research your coins, and if you don't understand it, don't buy it.

I think we should all take solace in knowing with great certainty that while you cannot safely navigate the crypto space, you'll at least be right about blockchain technology.
Say it with me, "Blllllockchain." "Smart Contract." "Atomic Swap."
