I really hope SMTs do come out and @ned pays for some very professional main stream recognizable brand to be a partner even in some small way, get a few big partners to come in and use SMTs in some very unique use case, saving them or making the big company money. It could be as simple as Tide Detergent using an SMT to help people donate money to some environmental charity, via making posts about doing the laundry, something that boring, could end up with tide being able to upvote those posts, have them show up on twitter via @share2steem and make money to be sent to some charity, and tide can show how their SMT allowed this many thousands of dollars to go towards whatever charity and also gave all these thousands of customers some extra cash etc and gave tide more promotion than a conventional social media campaign and its cost, so SMTs combined with services like @share2steem can provide a very unique efficiency overhaul of social media strategy of some major companies, who can use their "clout" for so much social good it will bring them a LOT of customers, who will also get PAID in an SMT representing the brand, with brand ambassadors owning the stake in that brand.
