I give kudos to all good front-end developers. I have experience working on both the back and front end and I think most of the complex work is always at the front, especially if you want to create a perfect user experience for your users. CSS seems like a simple style language but it is crazy when dealing with some styles.
However, things are getting better every day as more tools are coming out to reduce the work needed to perfect on the UI designs. I recently worked on a project, and I had to add many gradients to the backgrounds. It is just stressing taking it one after the other. I found this tool to generate gradients and it is very cool to use. You just need to copy your colours and place them in the directions where you want the gradients to be.
There are other interesting tools like image crop, colour picker, blobs, flexbox, Grid layout, Andriod Button, Code for email, CSS, Andriod pixel calculator, basic command, CSS animation, text converter, bootstrap editor and Media query. The Blob is also very cool. These are little things that slow down the development and I think all front end devs should check this out.
We don’t have time again to keep building everything from scratch. It is also better to spend time in the dynamic part of the development than on the basic UI side.
