Well, every language, and especially language family, has aspects that are easier or more difficult, though that also depends on the language from which someone is coming, and what they're trying to learn. Objectively, Finnish and Hungarian are two of the most difficult. Malay/Indonesian would be on the simpler end of the spectrum.
