It's great to hear that you took a peek at the website! It needs a lot of updates! I understand about the challenges of coming here from the UK, but we do get Europeans here quite often, so I know it is possible.

I'm open to sharing anything you'd like to know. It's truly another world here. I share quite a bit in my daily posts, here and there. The biggest challenges for me are fulfilling long-term human relationships, or a lack thereof, and keeping the jungle from eating everything.

Oh my goodness yes do people make a huge difference in a place, and they do make a place! I'm very sensitive to the people around me, so having people around me with whom I vibe is very important to me.
