I've got a recommendation from someone on hive to try this game, so I decided to try it by myself. First of all I need to say thats this is a game based on anime Gods Eater, I haven't seen the anime yet so I thought story might be interesting in game, but its not and I will explain why I think so. We started with short cinematic and then we created our character, after that we talk to some guy, who team up with us, we went to mission, did some tutorial, killed monsters, we went back home, talked to some people and went to kill more monsters, then the same thing repeats over and over, theres no open world and story is all about killing monsters over and over. The other sad thing is graphics, game looks so old and graphics are a bit scratchy. Okay let's stop with negative things and let's talk about some positive aspects of this game, first of all customization - we can basically customize everything, weapons,outfits, some spells, and a lot more. There's huge customization capabilities. I like it so much. Next thing I like is combat, we can shoot with guns, attack with swords, defend with shield, dash with shield, dash without, we can use some Art's (I liked the spell that allow us to devour monster and then we can use his power to enhance our sword with it), but yea theres even more spells and we can craft them, upgrade. So combat and customization are strong parts of this game. I don't know if I will continue Let's play series from this game, its kinda fun to fight, kill some monsters,upgrade character but if its about this kind of playstyle I rather to play Devil May Cry 5, which is similar game but have much better graphics,soundtracks,story and overall is a better game. So I dont know, I might try to play God Eater 3, but I cant promise.
