Dood you took so many side quests, I don't even think they are worth doing tbh. I skipped them myself and rushed through main story, from what I was reading most side quests do nothing for story and they are basically: kill sheep,take mutton, find egg, go to seafront then go back, then talk to someone. I would advice to just rush through main story. In NieR:Automata most side quests were adding something to the story/NieR universe, and some of them were even better than main quests, but in Replicant sidequests are clearly worst part of the game tbh trash, however the main story is a lot better in Replicant.

Shit man I forgot that when u skip the old irritating woman you will need to go help her anyway... Now I remember, I went through the same pain. Early quests are so annoying lol, basically being an errand boy and running from npc to npc. Atleast now I'm pretty sure the story is gonna start ramping up after u do the Junk heap mission that you are heading to.

That shade at 6:25 is there clearly to one shot and annoy people. You definitely can't fight him now. I think later on you should have a mission to kill him, but yea thats not now for sure.
