Why couldn't you complete siege of Paris? Its some kind of DLC or something?

btw how do I complete the river sackings? Its some kind of side quest? Or it will be a main mission.

And yes! I'm still playing Horizon. 2 days ago I uploaded an episode number 10. The story is really good so far. I just hate running to all the locations, its like 5.000 meters every time. I tried to fast travel but I don't have resources to craft the item needed to use fast travel. Also no matter how hard I try I still can't get a mount. They spot me before I come close to them haha
