Oh shit man, u've made a lot of progress. Good stuff dude, this bow is pretty dope. 1.59 as with +3 and 24% chaos multi is really good. Only better option is final endgame bow for 10-15 ex. When I played Toxic Rain I remember how much boost this bow gave me. It was HUuuuuge. But now I changed TR to another build. I was missing the explosion on kill and AoE so I decided to play Corrupting Fever with Kinetic Blast Gladiator. Now my boss dps is 0, but I enjoy clearing maps a lot more. I really like your posts about PoE, I think later on you should record some boss kills when u get to endgame and post it on hgc. That would be a cool idea.
