Hi friends
Today he hopes to talk about a walk in the mountains above my house.
But things have changed since what I saw was a lot of fig trees.
Spring is beginning and with it the fig trees are beginning to put out leaves and their rich fruits, which are figs or figs.
There is a saying.
"From figs to figs" to say that it is a long period.
The figs are the first to come out, they differ because they are longer and their flavor is less sweet than figs.
The figs come out later, but there are fig trees that only bear figs.
Its benefits are known.
A powerful energy value since it has many sugars, vitamins are not lacking either since they have A and C so important for our body.
Lots of minerals, magnesium, calcium, potassium, and phosphorous.
They are ideal for improving intestinal transit since their seeds, which are actually their seeds, are good for emptying the intestine.
They are good for cholesterol and stress, they lift your spirits and of course it is a pleasure to eat them at their right point of maturity.
But now they are growing, as I have told you in some trees the first flowering is figs and then at the end of the summer they give figs.
If you ask me which one is better? I couldn't tell you, each one has their differences and they are both very good.
My walk became a fig tree photo chaser.
But my attention was focused on the fruits, as they emerge from the branches next to the young leaves that begin to appear.
Figs, as you can see here, are more round and compact.
As I go up I see my neighborhood, below the silent houses on a sunny day and in the foreground the trees.
The climb is a bit steep but the views are worth it, it is a moment of relaxation with headphones on with my favorite music and the camera in hand, there are not many people walking so in some moments I can take off my mask and that. makes you smell that characteristic, strong and wild smell, when the figs are ripe it is combined with the sweetness.
Also the ancient languages tell you not to lie under a fig tree to rest in the middle of summer, its leaves give a big but cold shade and the cold is sure to stalk you.
Well get to the top and it's time to go down here you can appreciate the slope and on the left the fig trees that delimit the road with the now wild countryside.
The walk is over and we say goodbye to the fig tree, thinking that in a month or so it will give us its fruits.
Round and intense green, some starting to burst and showing their white flesh with the seeds.
