I'd say if it can run everything up to something like PCSX2, then it should be able to handle it. RetroArch is really just a wrapper for a variety of emulators, including many if not all of the emulators you listed. Instead of the emulators being standalone however they're implemented as "cores" that'll run within RetroArch and share a lot of the same config (like controller mapping) with all of the other cores.
