It's true the user is the problem and not the phones. But there is guidelines and rules and regulations then I can actually encourage phone usage but it should be limited to age and the level of education

Phone usage is not encourage in the classroom but as far as I'm concerned, I believe phone should also be integrated into the classroom at some point. But there should be some guidelines
