Media Buying - Candidate Source Ltd

Hi, I’m Laura from Candidate Source here in the West Midlands and I’m here to talk to you about media buying. Recent research shows that over 60% of candidates use online methods when applying for jobs. Our role at Candidate Source is to make sure the right candidates are finding your role. We will carry out Google searches like a candidate would for the job title and the location where you're looking to fill the role. We will then see which job boards come up at the top to know where you are best to spend your money. We will look into the niche job boards and the generic job boards to see which will work best for the role. We will look at the job boards to see where they’re spending money like TV, radio, online to see who is going to get you the most candidates. Candidate Source will then use their buying power to make sure we get the best price for you.

Candidate Source will then monitor your advert, first of all, we can check that the account is set up properly so you’ve got the logo formatted correctly, the correct contact details on there and then we will look at your advert to make sure you are going to get the most from it. We at Candidate Source offer training on advert writing or the job boards also offer the same.

We can monitor the jobs to ensure you're getting the right number of candidates for your role. Candidate Source could be ideal for you, whether you’re a single branch or you have got multiple branches. You have one point of contact at Candidate Source who will monitor the account and you will receive one invoice. The Candidate Source team all come from a background in recruitment or online, specialising in online media advertising. If you think the media buying service is for you give me a call or drop me an email. .
