Gaura Purnima

Today is a most glorious day in commemoration of the special appearance of Lord KRSNA in this world in the Golden Form of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, expressing the rasa of the pure devoted love of KRSNA and Srimati Radharani in their timeless abode of Vrindaban, and to inaugurate the yuga dharma, hari-nama sankirtan.

In New Vrindaban, WV we celebrate the entire day with special readings from sastra and performances, with a maha kirtan for the evening aratik followed by an ecstatic feast of prasadam, the remnants of the loving offering of 108 preparations (at least) at moonrise.
We have a bhajan band presenting some of the special performances for this day, I will attempt to follow through in uploading videos.
