Honestly, it shouldn't be more than that, this is because of incessant wages withholding and or poor salary structure for the citizen. Someone who hasnt been paid in months, wont go out to buy a 1USD fuel.

We have two types of fuel. the 95 is above a dollar, around 22 mxn pesos approximate 1.05 USD/l or so. then the other one is around 20 Mxn/l pesos.

The one I have also is a 1Tb disk but a different brand., ADATA Sorry about losing those wonderful memories. It will be great if it can be recovered.
