Its been a while after my 1st post #introduceyourself, happy to post my 1st blog here on "DIGITAL DISTRACTIONS @ OFFICE"
While technology has made us more productive, of late the distractions that technology creates has become a challenge.
The web is a continuous stream of distractions. Whether it is the news feed or the new deal in shopping or the ping that tells you of a new notification, digital distractions are really impacting our ability to focus.
How do you manage to find ways to do focused work amidst all the digital distractions? Meditating for even 10 minutes a day/ breast walking/jogging & exercising works well for me.
