SBD and Steem should be more divisible

I think SBD and Steem should be more divisible than to 3 decimal places, this would mean more people would get paid micro rewards for curation which could build up over time. It could go as far as having as many as bittrex show for it. I understand this would mean more traffic on the network but I think with time it would be good for the platform
