I am Tugberk (tubi on utopian and steemit). With this application letter, i am offering my services to the Utopian community. I am well aware of the fact that I am not an old member of steemit and utopian, but i think i contributed much to the community in this short notice. As you can check my contributions on my profile, i am translating and the proofreading the Steem Whitepaper and Steem Bluepaper projects as well as contributing other tasks.

Let me provide you more info about me. I am a Turkish citizen and I am doing my MA in Sociology at Freie Universität Berlin. I did my bachelor in Sociology too. Reading materials in English is fortunately -and unfortunately- playing a pivotal role in my life. Relying on this fact, i feel competent enough to review and proofread materials in English and in Turkish. After spending almost two years in Germany, i regret to confess that my spoken and witten German skills are not so solid. I am better at reading in German. I am not signing myself up to task of reviewing translations into German, but i can help the team in case of an emergency.
I haven't contributed to the data analysis section yet, but i am planning to make some analyses about the steemit and utopion user behaviour. Since i took enough courses, i poses the skills of statistical reasoning and interpreting the results coherently. I would like to help the community by reviewing data analyses to see if the statistical methods applied by the authors are convenient or not.
