Another week Another Battle Mage Secrets challenge, Every week we have the challenge to share battle specific rulesets. We will explain the strategy we use for that ruleset. To join this weekly challenge just follow Splinterlands.

• All units gain the Divine Shield ability which reduces the damage of the first attack received to 0.
• Divine Shield will be re-applied when a unit is Resurrected.
• Blast damage will remove Divine Shield.

For this ruleset, all first damage will receive 0 because of the divine shield. Even in the ruleset Noxious Fumes monster receive 0 damage for the 1st damage if the monster does not yet remove the divine shield. If you use a summoner or monster with divine shield ability it does not make double or add additional divine shield ability to the monster.

I use Immortalist to reduce the life by 1 and damage of mage attackers.

BATTLE LINE-UP

1st Position

GRUND -Melee attacker with double strike ability. One of the rulesets is Explosive Weaponry double strike of the Grund help to give double damage of the blast effect.

2nd Position

CLOCKWORK AIDE - No attack monsters with swiftness ability. To give additional speed to all monsters.

3rd Position

GOBLIN PSYCHIC - Magic attacker with heal ability. To heal the 1st position monster.

4th Position

SUPPLY RUNNER - Range attacker with swiftness ability. To give additional speed to all monsters.

5th Position

FUNGUS FLINGER - Range attacker with martyr and blind ability. The blind ability give a chance to miss attack to all attacker. When fungus dies the martyr ability will activate and give +1 all additional stats to nearby monsters.

6th Position

MYCELIC SLIPSPAWN - Magic attacker with taunt ability. To penetrate all attacks on Mycelic Slipspawn because of taunt ability.

ROUND BY ROUND BATTLE

ROUND 1

• Because all parties have a Mycelic Slipspawn att attack are penetrate to them.
• Fungus Flinger dies in this round because of the blast effect.
• Martyr ability of Fungus Flinger activate. Mycelic Slipspawn and Supply Runner receive an additional +1 to all stats.

ROUND 2

• My Mycelic Slipspaw kills opponent Mycelic Slipspawn.
• My Grund kills opponent Ground in the second attack of double strike ability. Because of the blast effect Regal peryton of the opponent receives +4 damage.
• Goblin Psychic heals Grund by +3life and kills Regal peryton of the opponent.
• Opponent Magi of Chaos kills Clockwork Aide thru the blast effect.

ROUND 3

• Grund Got triple kills in this round. The first attack kills the Magi of Chaos and because of the blast effect, the armor of Queen Mycelia remove. The second attack from double strike ability kills Queen Mycelia and the blast effect kills Hunter Jarx.
• Battle ended in this round.

LINK TO THE FULL BATTLE

• The speed in the Explosive Weaponry ruleset gives an advantage to this battle.
• Putting a taunt ability in the battle help so that the attack of the enemy and the blast effect is not scattered.
• Double strike ability also has a factor in the Explosive Weaponry ruleset because can give double damage not only to the target but also to the blast effect.
