On the Leo side... About the The Buggy UI... has been discussed multiple times as to why it is happening. Every AMA is explained and the steps being taken for it. Also why the APR went down to 16 (still high compared to the usual 9%) In the latest AMA they talked about it, can check it on Khal's profile. I think being it a work in progress it's expected to have changes, specially because the APR had a purpose that wasn't fulfilled.
