This idea seems cool, but why do you just post a photo, ask for tips for your staff and that's it? This could get more support if it actually gave something to us, to the community, like a recipe, advice on how to make the presentation, photos of the step by step, something else that just asking for tips.

A lot of us have problems with our jobs too and we have to put a lot of effort here to get votes and support.

I think your staff can have a bigger profit if these posts have more content than just some pictures and beg for votes. In the long term can even become a big source of income so that's why I suggest changing your approach for this account.
