Community-created NFT ships and bits/bobbles that can be allowed in official events after verification

This idea reminds a bit how Counter Strike skins are made and introduced to the game, where the community creates the skins and then the company (owner of the game) chooses which skins to accept and then gives a % of sales to the creators of skins who get accepted.
