I think it's so important to understand that we are all not at the exact same stages in life, just because a person is powering down/withdrawing from hive does not mean that person is farming rewards, quitting the platform, not bringing value to the platform, etc.

Also the KE rating doesn't account for Hive/HBD that is sent to and used in Hive-Engine, which is still a big part of our ecosystem.
