Yeah I cant see it going any longer than 2020. Like you say, silver, land , water, seeds and crypto's etc will definitely come in use. I wish I had insight into just how bad it will get and what it will

Yeah I agree that if they raise rates then it has a chance of crashing the housing markets. I just cant see them meaningfully raising rates to say 4 or 5% (base rate) because it would increase the interest
