I wasn't promoting myself, you directly challenged why my name is what it is, I then proceeded to logically inform you with the screenshot about Gandhi, then by giving you a link to the 3.5 year group I have been running that is directly related with why my name is what it is. My comment of this is buried like what, 10 comments in? So almost nobody is even going to see it, hardly self promotion, even if ignoring the first few parts of this explanation.
I'm not marketing you as a tool to make you look bad and me good. If you think that others think you looked bad in our exchange that is on you, you typed those words to me. I didn't make you type anything, nor did I somehow make you look bad so I can look good. If you think I look good in this exchange it's because of my typing, sure I agree to that.
Here is where I do the promoting, on that IW account. Same as you, I leave lots of comments. I manually curate in our IW tag and leave a standard curation comment to people(with links and helpful stuff), and I also engage with actual responses. Most of the time I just upvote.
I took the time to write this out because I don't want you to feel like I was using you for some sort of "try this one weird trick in marketing, advertisers hate this!". I truly wasn't.
