This person was responsible for downvoting hundreds of people just for his own pleasure and huge insane amounts of Drama on Steem. I don't know how you would have missed it but fine.

Berniesanders and his alts he had somewhere around 10million SP we know about to 40 million SP across many different names we don't.

There was no good reason. It hasn't been happening lately because he powered down. HE was downvoting krnel within the last 9 months on multiple socks.

It was not an isolated incident, as I said, he downvoted hundreds of people if they pissed him off one time, said his name one time, existed, had an opinion he didn't like, etc. He created spam bots that spammed thousands of comments every day. How do you not know about this?
