Today I learned that muting not only disallows someone from posting to that front end, but also makes it so they cannot curate anything. I did not know about that last part. I think the main issue here

Ahh I see. I suppose as long as the spirit of hive is alive all 2nd layers are safe in terms of not being banned or deleted. Having 2nd layer for rewards seems to help solve dving on hive, but the 2nd
