Quick follow up re Coinjar rewards points, if anyone is considering using their service: You earn 500 CoinJar Rewards points per every Bitcoin traded, so if you trade 0.5 BTC that would earn you 250 points.

I thought I'd add to this with a quick follow up re deposit times from bank into Coinjar. You can do this by POLi deposit (not all banks have this option) or simply BPAY. There is also a cash deposit option

At current prices 600 BTC is worth $2.5 million USD as you say in the article - but when was the demand made? What would have been the USD value of the ransom at the time the hackers made their demand?
