Happy Fathers Day!
Wishing all fathers a great day. For all that you do and for the love you share with your families.
I am greatful for my father and the values he imparted on me. I learned so much from his example, and am glad he was a part of my life. He helped me with physical and scholastic tasks and I learned to be stoic and use critical thinking in my everyday tasks.
As a father now, I aim to be the best father I can. I try to be present with my children as much as possible and to help my family. Without my father's guidance, I would not be where I am today, and for that I am thankful. My father gave me a hand to pull myself up when I fell down. He taught me to value hard work.
Being a father is a steep learning curve, but the love and hard work necessary comes naturally. Changing diapers, teaching our children, working long hours and more go into it. It is worthwhile and enjoyable. Seeing our children smile and grow is the best reward. Seeing them with children of their own is an achievement.
Thank a father today, and for all those who are fathers, happy Fathers Day!
