10,000 years ago, when the human being was grouped in society the Middle East, they made basic alcoholic drinks to deal with relationships. With the passage of time, people were developing and implementing more and more forcefully laws, morals standards, religious rules and social conventions, which imposed great pressure on individuals. To cope with the pressures of those rules, people developed new techniques for making drinks, expanding their variety and alcohol content.
Alcohol is the natural glue of society. I can do this statement because during my life I had the opportunity to drink with family, colleagues, employees, friends of the university, politicians, strangers and even a priest. I am a lawyer, businessman, mixologist and I have found myself on both sides of the coin, as a client and as a bartender. People have unequal characters such as alcohol content.
