So that I can connect,
more deeply
Opening up to the waves of abundance
That find their place in the silence.
Finally,
Acceptance
Of all that went before
The gentle reminds, of our place amongst it all,
As we once fought our way
in these moments of despair.
To let go,
To stretch beyond our knowing
And invite a new understanding,
That holds the true meaning of our deliverance,
This path of self righteousness,
feeding the beast within
In order to see,
In order to feel,
The full extend of our existence.
Breathe
Each part
A part of the whole.
Our interwoven path
Held within the core
of our being!

Awareness of self,
The depth of pain
That strengthens our belief.
Movement
Our fluidity
Binds us well,
Never stagnant
Movement heals and propels.
