Head low to the ground,
inner rumble,
weaves it's way
throughout my being,
each step
breaks me away, from patterns
that were always on repeat.
I transform,
my body no longer my own
my breath cold against the icy ground,
I roam
My hearing, freed from all my inner thoughts,
I shake the last of my inner guilt off
and with it,
my whole body breaks apart.
My head rises,
my eyes greet the moon,
my inner Power released
and I
Howl
Releasing all the pain,
trapped within my hidden parts,
that are now laid bare.
My Inner Wolf
Finally
I am free, to seek out the truth of my existence,
to feed from the depths of my wisdom,
I am guided by my own light.
This desire,
to no longer fight,
who I am,
who I am becoming,
reborn into this world,
I am made Whole.
My many pieces that once were cracked and broken beyond repair,
have found their place,
where,
I am
transformed.
My Inner Wolf
Reborn!
I attended a creative workshop recently. Where we were asked, to write down a few words that represent what empowerment means to each one of us, om a piece of paper. Each of us, then put the words we had written into a large bowl. Then it was passed around and we were asked to pick out one piece of paper, with the option to return it, if we picked something we had written ourselves.
I picked Inner Wolf and we were given seven minutes to write what ever came to our minds. The first two lines, came to my mind straight away and I was eager to begin. The rest followed.
It was a beautiful experience to hear what everyone else wrote, each word or words, really embracing the meaning of empowerment. I was also pretty happy with my own creation.
