Imho, what Hive lacks the most is a simple on-ramp for would-be developers, complete with robust, well-documented libraries, code examples, etc.

I mentioned this briefly during my talk at HiveFest.

This is by far the biggest need, imho.

Also, $HBD Bonds and Layer 1 NFTs would be extremely beneficial (as expanded use cases on Hive). I mentioned those at HiveFest as well.
