Trojan Wall was asleep for almost two months mainly due to its low SP and inability to provide sufficient rewards for the authors. We didn't find sponsors who would delegate some SP to us, but we are not going to give up. This is why we are changing our plans.
We will still continue to support new members with good content as well as the old ones, but we will only support active members of steemit community. This means that only members who have at least seven comments in the past seven days will receive our upvote (one per day with an exception of one day).
For new users it can be extremely difficult to get noticed, and even more difficult to get high post rewards. But it is not the problem with getting rewards that discourages new steemians, it is lack of interest in the actual content. Many of us have seen a lot of posts which took very long time and effort to make, but without a single comment! Not even the typical "Nice post" spam comment!
Is there a better way to discourage someone than to ignore his work? We at the Trojan Wall don't think so.
We are aware that cumulative upvote from the curation trail cannot help in supporting content creators as it drains too much VP from many minnow accounts. Instead we seek to create a symbiotic relationship between the members of the steemit community and Trojan Wall. By assembling a large group of active authors who comment posts on a daily basis we will provide our members the first ingredients towards success - hope and attention.
Our next task is to find steemians who are willing to make this community better, and with it the whole platform. If you are interested in joining us you can reach us out on discord and we will provide all the info you need. We wish you a good day and even better rewards! By the way, isn't our new logo fabulous?
